Each return undergoes a thorough inspection by our watchmakers to ensure the movement and casing remain in pristine condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch back in its original Farer presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included.

  Complimentary Shipping

  Download and print your prepaid courier label, then schedule a collection or drop off the package at your nearest authorized shipping point.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop confirms the watch is in its original condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
